Liftvan packed , marked and labelled for international shipping
Less than container load option is ideal when speed is of a essence and the volume is small. Boxes are packed at residence and transported to a secure warehouse where the boxes are placed into custom built wooden crates called liftvan or standard liftvan is used.
Depending on the volume single or multiple wooden liftvans are used. These wooden liftvans are loaded into standard shipping containers for further shipping.
Less than Container Load service is used for International Moves extensively where volume is low but requires a faster connection especially to inland destinations. They offer faster connections, and you pay only for the volume being used in the container. Less Than Container load shipping is at times subject to few tranship points if no direct services are available. At all tranship points each liftvans are treated as a single unit ensuring safety of the content. We only ship in liftvans when Less than Container Load service is selected for your International Move.
